The Golden Rod can be used to catch two Tourney Fish at the same time
How to Obtain
The Golden Rod may be rented during a Fishing Tourney event and once obtained it will be used for the remainder of that event period. The player must first catch one tourney fish before Chip will rent out the Golden Rod.
Restrictions
Must be used at the Tourney-specific location, either 
Saltwater Shores or 
Lost Lure Creek during the appropriate Fishing Tourney event
