Starting on Apr. 10, 2019 at 6:00 a.m., there was an issue on certain devices where the Reissue Starter Pack was not visible on the Purchase Leaf Tickets menu, making it so that some customers couldn't purchase the pack.
The users that encountered this issue can now purchase this pack.
